STOP Straightening Your Legs To Start The Downswing (BEND The Knees!)

In today’s video we are going to look at how bending your knees in the downswing can create a more powerful move. When we look at many athletic movements, knee flex is a common trait for using the ground and setting the stage to release the energy. Flex to square is a phrase you will hear me use from time-to-time. Look at the greats, Jack Nicklaus, Sam Snead, and others and you will see this common move early in the downswing.
