Let’s learn to catapult! In this video I walk you through the left arm action in the golf swing, specifically converting adduction (or the movement of the arm toward the midline of your body). In the golf swing transition, I like to see the lead arm move in towards the chest slightly more. This change in direction causes the center of mass or club head to then stay back. From here we can rotate back into the ball without coming over the top. Most great players, for example in the Dustin Johnson golf swing have this subtle move in their swing, and I even look at one of the competitors in the recent USGA Adaptive Open as he was an inspiration for this video. I hope you enjoy!
