Golf Lesson w/ Spencer: EXPAND Right Side For A Proper Backswing (Part 1)

In this recent golf lesson with Spencer, Henry and I worked with him on creating a better wind up in his golf backswing. To do this, we had him expand his right side, or trail side, so that he could turn up in his takeaway and get into left bend at the top of his swing. For a proper backswing, this is a key ingredient! Spencer tended to get pretty flat and off the ball in his backswing leading to more tilt and an open face in his downswing. In this lesson video, you will see the first steps in helping Spencer create better bends in his golf swing, for him the first step to producing better low point control and ball striking. Stay tuned for Part 2 of this lesson coming out next week. We hope you enjoy!
